Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the U.S. But stay tuned, (international shipping is on our radar)!
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Each piece is carefully packed, but if something arrives damaged, email us at hello@paintedblackstudios.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right.
Are your glasses dishwasher safe?
While our glassware is durable, we recommend handwashing with care to preserve clarity and tone.
What does “limited-release” mean?
Our collections are capsule-style—designed in limited batches and often not restocked. Once a color or style sells out, it may not return. That said, we do have a few core colorways we plan to keep in rotation.
Can I buy individual glasses?
At this time, all of our glassware is sold in sets to preserve design intention and simplify packaging.

We’re an online-first brand, but we’ll be popping up soon. Follow us on Instagram @paintedblackstudios for updates on future events and pop-ups.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final due to the limited nature of our collections. If your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to assist—just reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
